- 離Antwerp中央車站非常近! 只有3-5分鐘走路距離中間有段路可能晚上稍微會比較靜一點但是附近也沒有流浪漢逗留女生自己一個人晚上走也不會覺得很危險 - 前台接待是24/7 而且服務態度很好還有免費的locker給住客寄存行李 (但只有大概30個櫃子所以要早點用) - 房間採光不錯廁所浴室是乾濕分離的這一點非常好! -有吹風機提供但盥洗用品只有沐浴露洗髮精2合一 - 整體而言也算乾淨整潔 - 但是每3天才有人來打掃一次

What we liked: Overall the hotel has ample, clean public space and the room was spacious with a separate toilet area, shower area and sink / vanity area. This made getting ready and using the facilities for two ppl easier. The room also had a fridge. The hotel is also right across the road from the main train station and a short 10 min walk to bus depot (Rooseveltplaats). So very good for traveling into and through Antwerp. For pre checkin and post checkout they offer private free lockers for your luggage. Through it is first come, first serve and they don’t have that many of them (we had no problems fitting a 40l bag, a 28l backpack and tote bag into one middle size storage cube). Small things that we didn’t like but can deal with: Limited in room amenities, there was no kettle or mugs, etc in the room. We were left a bottle of water but it wasn’t clear if it was free or not. The area around the hotel is a little sketchy (very quiet at night) but decently lite. They did require your room code to get back into the hotel after midnight. The hotel is close to the train station but farther from the old city. It is a good 20-25 min walk to that area. We are ok to walk, so didn’t mind much but it is further than some other hotels.

衞生很正常，酒店本身沒問題，前台也很正常，地址距離火車站蠻近的，基本上不會出錯，短暫住兩天可以的，也有洗衣機。

距離火車站很近，步行幾分鐘就可以到。環境安靜，寄存行李也很方便，出門步行10分鐘可到最繁華的市中心。大街上吃飯很方便，鑽石商店，和服裝商店都很多，半天時間就可以把安特衞普市內轉一圈。

離火車站非常近，因為到達的時候有點早，酒店規定下午15：00才能辦理chevk in,經過跟前台溝通，免費幫我們把行李箱寄存呢，這點非常稱讚。兩個女生沒有辦法拖著三個大行李箱去逛街的。 check out的時候説需要20個歐的清潔費之類的，解釋了半天因為急著趕火車，匆匆交了費用。等後續跟訂房網站客服溝通看下如何解決

部屋は清潔でしたが、水回りはすこし古さがありました。駅の目の前の立地で便利です。スタッフは皆、親切でした。必要最低限の部屋のアメニティでしたが、共有スペースが充実していました。

最近入住了這家酒店。結合我的親身經歷和網上其他評論的反饋，我感覺酒店在以“環保”為名行削減成本之實，對外部的批評也衹是表面應付。客房清潔明顯不到位。我剛到時把兩張單人床並在一起，結果床下有明顯的垃圾，顯然是清潔時隨意把灰塵和碎屑推到床底下。放在房間架子上的物品拿下時，還會掉下一層灰塵。更讓我吃驚的是，入住後才得知客房每三天才打掃一次，如果需要更頻繁的清潔則要額外付費。這一政策在預訂時完全沒有告知，現場則冠以“環保”之名來解釋。房間裡沒有熱水壺，無法自己泡茶或咖啡。大堂在早餐時段以外的咖啡需要額外付款每杯3歐元。房間裡唯一的椅子上還有令人作嘔的汙漬，維護狀況非常差。到店時，房間內的保險箱是鎖著的，顯然是客房清潔沒有檢查或重置。我找前台解決，工作人員把電池拆掉，根本沒有正確解鎖，導致保險箱無法使用。這也是網上多次有人提到過的問題，但酒店管理層在回覆中一直聲稱會解決。酒店有三部電梯，但系統沒有協調好。右側那一部和另外兩部是獨立運行的。客人要麼衹能按一個按鈕導致等待時間過長，要麼按下兩個按鈕又會導致電梯同時到來並無謂停靠，效率很低，體驗很差。早餐收費19歐元，但性價比非常低。選擇不多，客人被要求自己用噴壺和抹布清理餐桌。酒店距離火車站確實很近，但所謂“靠近市中心”的説法值得商榷。例如步行到Grote Markt大廣場需要大約30分鐘。總體評價酒店打著現代化、環保的旗號，但實際上這些政策衹是為了降低運營成本，卻讓客人的體驗大打折扣。加上衞生不達標、設施維護差、服務態度消極，很難推薦這家酒店
